Travelling by public transport
Those who want to stay mobile in the region around Esslingen have the best alternatives to the car. S-Bahn (urban trains), city trains and buses of the Stuttgart Tariff and Transport Association (VVS) and the Stuttgart Trams AG (SSB) provide fast connections from early in the morning until late in the evening.Extra services, such as the night bus lines at weekends and before public holidays or the SSB night taxi, supplement the regular services according to need.
